SHIPPING
How do I track my order?
 

Once your purchase has been completed you will receive a tracking link with which you can check the status of your package. If for any reason you do not receive the link, send us a message through the customer care box above, we will check for you and we will communicate with you about the status of your order via email

 

What are your delivery options?
 

We partner with carriers like USPS, FedEx, DPD, and DHL to give you the best possible shipping experience.

Price and duration of shipments may vary depending on the product and the country of destination

You can contact us through the customer care box above, we will check for you and we will communicate with you about the status of your order via email

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

We ship globally, but there are some countries we can’t deliver to due to legal or shipping carrier restrictions.


For now, we don't ship to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. This list may change periodically.  We're available in all other countries and ship internationally!

 

What is your returns policy?
 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
